Ryan Gosling Stalker - A woman, whose persistence pushed actor Ryan Gosling to take out a restraining order against her for stalking him, has been reported nowhere to be found as the actor attempts to extend the temporary court order against her.
Reports indicate that a judge was forced to throw out the case on Tuesday after Gosling's lawyers revealed that they have failed to locate the suspect Grace Marie Del Villar.
In Nov. 2014 Gosling got a restraining order against Del Villar. According to the court order, she was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Gosling, his partner Eva Mendes and his daughter Esmeralda.
Reports indicate that Del Villar, who claims that she and Gosling are "twin flames," sent Gosling and his family a series of disturbing emails and packages last year. One package reportedly contained an image of the mother of Gosling's daughter Eva Mendes, which had been cut out of a magazine. Del Villar, who lives in New York, reportedly travelled to the residence of a relative of Gosling last year and demanded entry. She later left a doll catalog at the gate when she was refused entry.
The initial restraining order against Del Villar, which was effective for 3 months, would expire this month. Gosling had reportedly been looking to extend the court order permanently or by up to 3 years. But the judge threw out the request noting that the suspect has to be personally served the restraining order for it to take effect.
Gosling and Eva Mendes have been very secretive about their relationship. The 34-year-old actor, who made his directing debut last year, was spotted with Mendes earlier this week, in what is being described as the couple's first date since the birth of their child in Sept.
