Five Dead In Georgia Home: Police Launch Manhunt For Suspect Thomas Jesse Lee

Five Dead In Georgia Home - Police in Troup County have officially identified Thomas Jesse Lee as a murder suspect and have launched a manhunt for the 26-year-old, who has been nowhere to be found since the bodies of his wife and 4 other victims were found in their LaGrange home on Saturday.

The Troup County Sheriff's Office revealed on Facebook that they have no leads on the whereabouts of Lee at the moment. Nonetheless, the police have provided a description of the suspect and his vehicle to enable the public identify him.

The bodies of 5 people were discovered in a home along Woodstream Trail over the weekend after the local Sheriff's Office was asked to check on the residents. The victims have since been identified as William Burtron, 69, Shiela Burtron, 68, Christie Lee, 33, Liaonna Green, 18, and Bailey Burtron, 16.

Reports indicate that Lee was married to Christie and had been staying in the LaGrange home. Police say 4 of the victims were killed by shooting and 1 female was killed in a different manner.

An autopsy has been scheduled for the bodies today. Officials say based on the appearance of the bodies, they may have been dead for more than 24 hours.

It is unclear what may have led to the gruesome incident. The police have also failed to disclose who tipped them to check on the property.

The Troup County Sheriff's Office has announced that Lee is a about 6'3 tall, weighs 10 pounds and is driving an Olive Mazda Tribute with BRN0785 as the number plate.
