Bobbi Kristina Brown 2015 - Early this year, the entertainment industry was taken by surprise after learning that Whitney Houston's only daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her Atlanta home.
Following the tragic incident on Jan. 31, 2015, Bobbi Kristina Brown is still in a state of medically-induced coma and on life support for almost 10 weeks now. And though no matter how small the chance of recovery may be, the Browns and the Houstons are still holding on for hope over Bobbi Kristina's health.
So, is Bobbi Kristina Brown's imminent death expected soon? Will the family finally make the toughest decision to take her off life support?
Despite incessant reports this 2015 that the Houstons have been attempting to convince Bobbi Kristina's father, Bobby Brown, to remove the machines, International Business Times reported family members have no plans of taking 22-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown off life support anytime soon.
"You have to put yourself in Bobby's position," an insider told People. "If there was a 1% chance that she was in there, wouldn't you wait? Your daughter would deserve that."
There are also been reports that the Houstons and the Browns are feuding over Bobbi Kristina Brown's $20 million inheritance. However, the family insists that money is never an issue to them.
"Bobby is not thinking about the money and never has been," a family source said. "I want to think that Pat and Gary [Houston] aren't thinking about the money either. We all want what's best for Krissy, and that has never changed. It doesn't matter if she has $20 million or $2 in the bank. We love her and want her to recover."
Since Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition still remains unchanged, her family struggled with some difficult decisions this 2015. Though they still continue to worry about her condition, the family also revealed that they have gotten over the initial stage of shock and accepted the reality.
"Everyone's all cried out by now," a family insider spoke. "It's on our mind, what we should do. We don't know the answer. If she's in there somewhere, and I hope to Jesus that she is, what would happen if she woke up? I don't know. She hasn't been walking or even sitting up."
Bobby Brown, on the other hand, is force to leave Bobbi Kristina Brown's bedside to fulfill several Australia tour dates this 2015, TMZ learned. Due to his contractual obligation, the 46-year-old singer is scheduled to play three shows with Treach and Kay-Gee of Naughty By Nature at the end of May to replace those he canceled in March, Daily Mail added.
"He doesn't care or want to do it," a relative shared. "It's more important to him that he spends his time with Krissy."
Meanwhile, Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend Nick Gordon is reportedly doing well in rehab. Following his "Dr. Phil" breakdown this 2015, Fashion & Style shared he was immediately sent to an unknown facility for drug treatment.
"Nick is responding well to rehab treatment with no relapses," a source told People. "The quiet time is good for him."
Currently, Bobbi Kristina Brown is in a long-term care center, Dekalb Medical rehab facility, in Atlanta, Georgia. But, she still not showing any signs of improvement.
