The Bobbi Kristina Brown drama is still not over. After the tragic incident on Jan. 31, Whitney Houston's 22-year-old daughter has never regained consciousness despite several months of treatment. Now, as her family dreads her imminent death, new secrets and details about Krissi's life are exposed.
The Bobbi Kristina Brown case has been a tragic shocker this 2015. And while her condition has reportedly deteriorated, new details about her life emerged that could possibly shed some light about the case. According to Tonight, Krissi's best friend Alex Reid revealed that her boyfriend Nick Gordon had been allegedly abusing her.
"Pretty soon after we met she started telling me about the times he had been physically abusive and it just kept escalating," Reid told E! News. "It just kept getting worse and worse.
Reid also said Bobbi Kristina Brown would contact her whenever she was feeling distraught. There were reports of bruises, Krissi has allegedly been choked, punched in the jaw and thrown into walls by her lover Gordon, Reid continued. While a source told Hollywood Life the couple's relationship has been terrible.
"Bobbi and Nick have a terrible relationship," an insider said. "Her friends and family have worried about how Nick treated her for years. The family worried he was emotionally abusive."
The source added Bobbi Kristina Brown's friends and family tried to convince her to leave Gordon since they feared he was a bad influence. They were also worried he was controlling and was just with her for the money.
Meanwhile, Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, with whom she shared her home, has been charged with a $10 million lawsuit by Krissi's legally appointed conservator, Bedelia C. Hargrove, Boston Herald revealed.
The lawsuit was filed on the same day Bobbi Kristina Brown was transferred to Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia. As per International Business Times, the case that seeks $10 million in punitive damages for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and transferring money from Krissi's account into his own without authorization, was filed in Fulton County Superior Court.
In other news, Bobbi Kristina Brown's future remains unclear amid all the drama. As previously reported, her health condition has deteriorated and she has been moved to hospice care. Unfortunately, a relative, who reportedly took a photo of Krissi on her deathbed, is now being pursued by the family. Daily Mail reported the extended family member is trying to sell the stolen shot to several media outlets for over $100,000.
The news was first revealed on Friday night by Leola Brown, Bobbi Kristina Brown's paternal aunt, who took to social media to express her rage. The picture in question showed Krissi lying in a bed at the hospice while a female relative hovered over her.
As Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has reportedly gotten worst that she isn't showing any sign of life, the family is tightening the security in preparation for her looming death. The added security is also to ensure that photographers don't get pictures of Krissi's body being removed.
The authorities are treating Bobbi Kristina Brown's near-drowning and alleged injuries as a criminal inquiry. Rumors have it Gordon will probably face charges. For now, the Roswell Police Department has handed over its investigation regarding Krissi's case to the Fulton County District Attorney's office.
