Ice-T and Coco Austin have been very busy lately. They are not only prepping for their new talk show, but they are also expecting their first bundle of joy.
The talk show, "Ice & Coco," has since been confirmed in April, and filming has already begun as shared by one of Coco's latest tweets, E! News has learned.
Speaking of the rating competition that's about to take place once their show's on the air, Ice-T aka Tracy Marrow said, "Our family motto is we never attack but we retaliate."
The "Law & Order: SVU" star has a lot of confidence on his upcoming talk show with his spouse as both of them attended boot camp as part of their preparation for the small screen show and to obtain the go signal from Fox.
Speaking of boot camp, Coco talked to People about the things she and her husband had to go through, saying, "They kind of sit you down like a school, and you have to run through all the talk shows that are on TV. You run down everything from cue cards to teleprompters. I didn't know how detail-oriented talk shows were."
She also admitted that though they were tasked to do a lot of things in preparation for their talk show, she and Ice-T had fun.
Meanwhile, despite the hectic schedule they have this week, the husband and wife of almost 14 years took the time to spill some really good news about their upcoming transition into parenthood.
The pregnancy news came amid a string of surprises from Ice-T's wife on Twitter. The glamour model and web personality wrote, "Remember I told u this yr I had LOTS of surprises 4 u? 1st was my new lingerie line, then the release of new Talkshow! NOW FOR THE BIG NEWS.."
She followed it up with a post of her growing belly while on the set of their forthcoming talk show. She captioned the snapshot "I'm pregnant!!! Yah!! Ice & I are so excited! I announced it Friday on our new talkshow which airs Aug 3rd."
The filming of her and Ice-T's talk show will kick off on July 24. Their upcoming talk show is set to have a test run in August.
The "Ice & Coco" pilot episode is expected to spill more details on Coco aka Nicole Marrow's pregnancy, NJ.com reported. The test run will air 11 a.m. EDT on weekdays and will continue to do so for three weeks.
