"Allegiant" movie lead star Theo James was interviewed by Flickering Myth and he dished out that his family is very important to him.
When quizzed about the support of his family with regards to his acting career, the popular actor related that he has a "joking cynical family."
Theo James even narrated a story of the mocking that he got from his eldest brother about a love song he penned.
He disclosed, "We're a jokingly cynical family. I was 13 and I had written this really cheesy song that I wanted to sing. I sat him down and I had my guitar and I just opened my heart. I finished the song which was terrible, and he just burst out laughing."
"He still takes the piss out of me now, he calls it 'Why?' because it was all about why do I feel these things or something like that. You can't take this stuff too seriously. If you start taking yourself or it too seriously I think it can be damaging," he told the Australia Network.
Of course, not to be left out in the discussion would be his relationship with "Allegiant" co-star Shailene Woodley and their on-screen chemistry.
Supporters of Team Sheo, as their fans would label their partnership, would be very pleased if there is any development in their relationship. They have been rallying on the two stars since "Divergent" to make their reel romance into a real love affair.
Theo James, who also sings in his band Shere Khan, described how it was like working with Shailene Woodley from their "Divergent" days up to the present "Allegiant."
He said, "She's great. One thing Shailene and I found is that when you come back after a year and at first you think it's fine because we've done these characters, it's all good, then when you get on set and you do that first scene, it's like oh. It just doesn't come back. You've got to click into gear."
Well, sorry to disappoint Team Sheo, Realty Today reported that they are not involved romantically since they are both in relationships with different people — Theo James is still with girlfriend Ruth Kearney and Shailene Woodley is with Nahko Bear.
