"Arrow" star Stephen Amell is taking a very short break as he crosses from CW's popular series to WWE's SummerSlam to fight Cody Rhodes, also known as Stardust, on Aug. 23.
The tension was notable between Amell and Rhodes when the Canadian actor attended RAW a few months back, according to IGN. He returned to RAW this week as a special guest when Stardust reportedly assaulted him.
He demanded a wrestling fright from Triple H, and the WWE executive eventually agreed.
So, how will Oliver Queen prepare for this match? Will he do the same workout routine as he's doing with "Arrow?"
Notice how famous wrestlers like The Rock, Batista and John Cena, who fought in the WWE ring, flaunt their muscles. It's undeniable that Amell has a flawless muscular body, so the question is, will he show it off in his upcoming fight?
For those who are curious about Amell's road to perfect shirtless body workout, here are the deets.
Amell's muscles are not too much, not too little. In other words, it's a natural fit.
In this Instagram snap he shared as an example, his physique is lean, not bulky.
Episode 15 isn't airing for months. I'm already giddy for people to see it.

Before "Arrow" season 2 started, Amell shared a post on his Facebook page saying that he ran for 65 minutes and did some abdominal exercises.
Amell did not specifically say how many times a week he does his workout, but the fitness site suggested to only lift weights 3 to 4x per week. The fitness site also recommended to do compound movements, but include isolation exercises.
You can follow the Stephen Amell workout plan, which can be found here.
The 34-year-old actor is also doing yoga, which is really good for flexibility and mobility. Another big factor which contributed to his amazing bod was diet.
Most of the regular gymgoers train hard but don't get enough calories. Results can be seen in training alone, but it will be maximized if a proper diet is incorporated.
Everybody is different though. Those who are aspiring to get a body like the "Arrow" star might achieve it in three, six or twelve months — it really depends.
Experts say that drastic transformation can occur within six months in general, if training and diet are consistent.
