For one, it was said that Ubisoft took advantage of a newer technology. At the 2015 Special Interest Group on Graphics and Interactive Techniques (SIGGRAPH), Ulrich Haar and Sebastian Aaltonen of Ubisoft Entertainment shed some light about the kind of technology that was used.
AnvilNext Engine is included, and as per the report on Gaming Bolt, that enabled the developers to push the object ten times more compared with "Assassin's Creed Unity."
The same site reported that Ubisoft's updates to the engine will be making "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" even better. The company will reportedly work on a batch friendly data in addition to the DX12.

For some who had a first-hand trial experience of the new game, the experience was remarkable. PowerUp Gaming spoke with a member of the development team, and was told that the introduction of the grappling hook provided the protagonist Evie with an alternative way to cross the sections of the Victorian environment quickly and easily.
The review also stated that the combat experience was defined as "fresher" and more "stylish." The battle experience was described as closely similar with "Devil May Cry" and "God of War."
The gameplay of Syndicate may have been developed through some ambiguous contextual reasoning, yet it was still described as superior compared with "Unity."
