"Fallout 4," whose release had been prioritized over "Elder Scroll 6," is now one of the most anticipated games to hit the fourth quarter of the year. Bethesda adds more hype to the waiting fans as it unveiled new features and updates that will be coming to "Fallout 3's" successor.
Bethesda said that other than the new weapons, there will be also returning ones, which will be featured in "Fallout 4." On top of enhancing the game's combat mechanics and artillery, the XP system will reportedly be updated.
Movements can be modified based on the character's statistics, level and gear. According to International Business Times, ways on how the player will deal with each situation may also vary, like what kind of weapon he should use, should he resolve into violence or not.
Players will reportedly level up via XP. The player will receive a point, after each level up that can be used on a perk — which have different XP levels, Neurogadget reported.
In this case, players will need to play long enough to max out each tier from every single perk. The company said that there will be 275 perks.
Old weapons that will reportedly return are Minigun, Baseball bat, Fat Man and Plasma Weapons. The new ones are Junk Jet, which will allow the players to fire anything, and Pipe Piston, which can be upgraded to rifle.
While the actual game has been slated for a Nov. 10 release on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, Bethesda has been busy releasing some cool "Fallout 4" stuffs.
It was reported earlier that a limited custom-made "Fallout 4" pipbox and collectible controllers with consoles were up for grabs. A few weeks back, a Nuke Pack and Collector's Edition with Lunch Box were showcased.
Now, an exclusive "Fallout 4" steelbook and postcard set were announced. However, these are only available through GAME in the U.K., VG247 has learned.
It includes the "Fallout 4" game, exclusive Steelbook and a postcard set of three. The bundle can be pre-ordered here.
