"Dancing With The Stars" Season 21 is premiering next Monday night with an explosive 2-hour special. Ahead of the much anticipated episode, the official lineup of stars hitting the dance floor this fall season has been revealed on "Good Morning America" with the hashtag #DancingonGMA trending on Twitter. Meet the "DWTS 2015" cast who will be tested and scrutinized by judges Julianne Hough, Burno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba.
1. Bindi Irwin
The late Steve Irwin's daughter is a young lady now, and she is set to strip off her wildlife get-up for some flashy costumes in this season of "DWTS." The 17-year-old conservationist is rumored to be dancing with five-time mirrorball trophy recipient Derek Hough. Will this partnership be her lucky charm to make it to the finals? Fans should wait and see.
2. Alexa PenaVega
Remember Carmen Cortez from "Spy Kids?" Well, she's all grown-up now and she's set to to conquer the dance floor given her experience on Broadway's "Hairspray" and her stint as Kiley Brenner on "Nashville."
3. Carlos PenaVega
"Big Time Rush" actor Carlos PenaVega is not letting co-star James Maslow get all the credits for dancing on ABC's popular reality dance competition. And he may not be letting his wife get the best of him either. The "Electrico" singer and Alexa's husband is all set for the premiere episode of "DWTS Season 21" next Monday, after the show announced his and Alexa's participation this season via Instagram, Mail Online has learned.
4. Chaka Khan
This 62-year-old is going to make it even through the fire. The singer is releasing a new album this year, so her participation on the dancing competition will surely give her prominence in the music industry a boost. Not that she needs it though since she's already won 10 Grammys.
5. Nick Cater
Reliving the '90s could be Nick's ticket to winning "DWTS" just like what happened to season 19 champ Alfonso Rebiero. The Backstreet Boys member is already expected to exude the energy that could make the judges and everybody rock their body.
6. Hayes Grier
The Vine superstar may have captured the hearts of his 3.5 million followers, but can he capture the heart of the entire nation now that he is set to compete in the real world? The 15-year-old has been touring the United States, so perhaps he's already got the fanbase he needs for the show.
7. Victor Espinoza
The 43-year-old jockey is ditching his horse-riding ways and saddle on something as challenging as pleasing the "DWTS" judges. The Triple Crown holder can hopefully keep up with the competition when the ride gets tough.
8. Andy Grammer
Honey! He's good! But is the platinum singing artist good enough to bring home the bacon this season? The male pop star, after successfully debuting in 2011, is ready to take on new heights and perhaps take his music career to a different direction when he proves to be a top contender of the show. If not, surely he'll be singing just "Keep Your Head Up" His participation in the show was announced just this Monday on Twitter, according to People.
9. Gary Busey
After winning "Celebrity Big Brother U.K." in 2014, it seems that he is planning on adding a dance competition trophy to his victories. Busey, who is a no-stranger to reality TV after appearing on "Celebrity Apprentice" and "Celebrity Wife Swap," was the final contestant to be revealed as part of the 2015 lineup before the official announcement on "Good Morning America."
10. Paula Deen
Yes! The rumors turned out to be true. The cooking show host veteran is set to put the stage on fire. After Paula Deen’s racist controversy, she may have found a way to clear her name despite the cancellation of her shows on Food Network, as per New York Post. Looks like the alphabet network has got her covered this season.
11. Kim Zolciak
“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak has been announced on “Good Morning America” to be one of the final four contestants joining “DWTS” this season. And yes the rumors cited by iDigitalTimes about her joining turned out to be true. Looks like the real housewives drama will be on ABC’s dancing competition this fall.
12. Tamar Braxton
Surprise! Tamar Braxton is joining the “DWTS 2015” cast lineup this season. The Grammy-winning singer and reality TV personality is going to have some time off from singing this fall as she is set to show the ABC viewers her skill in dancing. Looks like Toni Braxton is going to be a proud fan this season.
14. Alex Skarlatos
The final mystery contestant to be revealed is terror train hero Alex Skarlatos. The hero who took down the terrorist on a French train is going to grace the small screen this fall 2015.
Good luck to all the contestants!
