"Captain America: Civil War" is slated to premiere on May 6, 2016, and it seems that Marvel Comics is already planning a sequel to "Civil War," which is one of its biggest event comics, as per ComicBook.com
Yes, we are talking about "Civil War 2." Newsarama.com has learned that Ryan Higgins, owner of Comics Conspiracy in Sunnyvale, California, uploaded a snap on his Twitter account of a post card from Marvel flaunting an artwork of Iron Man and Captain America by original "Civil War" artist Steve McNiven.
At the back of the post card, it has a Roman numeral "II," and underneath it is "Spring 2016." Higgins' entire tweet stated, "Sooo...is this @Marvel announcing Civil War 2?"

The original "Civil War," which reportedly was a huge success for Marvel from 2006-2007, was written by Mark Millar and illustrated by McNiven. According to Comic Book Resources, the publisher revisited the concept over the summer, during the "Secret Wars" event.
Both Newsarama and Comic Book Resources tried to reach Marvel for comment, but the company did not provide any additional details.
New York Comic Con will be happening soon, and many comic book enthusiasts are expecting that additional details about this teaser may emerge there.
Talking about "Captain America: Civil War," it wasn't too long ago when the film's lead star Chris Evans explained the reason what started Captain America and Iron Man's feud. At the Salt Lake Comic Con, Evans stated that his and Robert Downey Jr.'s character had different views when it comes to the implementation of the Accord.
He compared the difference of their characters' perspective to most of the real life disagreements and politics.
"Captain America: Civil War" is under the tutelage of Anthony and Joe Russo. Joining the cast are Scarlett Johansson, Paul Bettany, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Jeremy Renner, Sebastian Stan, Chadwick Boseman, Emily VanCamp, and Paul Rudd.
