Bobbi Kristina Brown's case is definitely far from over. Now, the Radar Online-obtained new court documents claim that Nick Gordon allegedly killed Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's only daughter by injecting her with a fatal "toxic mixture" of drugs, knocking her unconscious.
The new court documents, revealed on Friday, Oct. 9, were in response to the attempt of Nick Gordon's legal team to thwart the ongoing wrongful death lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina Brown's court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove, Us Weekly has learned.
"Ms. Brown died due to a violent altercation with Defendant (Gordon) after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture," the lawsuit claimed.
Aside from the "toxic mixture" injection in the new lawsuit, Nick Gordon was already previously accused of "verbally and physically" abusing Bobbi Kristina Brown as well as thief after he withdrew funds from her accounts without authorization. Gordon's legal team, however, denied the claims of the alleged toxic cocktail and that he abused and stole from her.
Moreover, the court documents further claim that Nick Gordon changed his clothes after the altercation to cover up the incident. New York Daily News also added that the lawsuit pointed out Gordon receiving $40,000 to grant a magazine permission to photograph him at the Bobbi Kristina Brown's gravesite.
Prior to the new court docs, Nick Gordon's lawyers have filed a motion with the intent of ending of the civil case following reports that the district attorney in Georgia was reportedly convening a secret grand jury with the intention of charging Gordon with murder.
Bobbi Kristina Brown's legal team responded by saying that Nick Gordon was arguing that continuing discovery, "his Fifth Amendment rights 'are being implicated,'" and "seeks a blanket prohibition against Plaintiff asking him any questions in discovery," USA Today reported. The documents also stated that Nick Gordon and his legal team have made a number of statements to the press, discussed the case on TV and admitted some of the allegations in the lawsuit.
Meanwhile, Bobbi Kristina Brown's cause of death had been officially determined, the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office said that the findings were ordered to remain private by a judge, according to Daily Mail.
On Jan. 31, Bobbi Kristina Brown shocked the world when she was found unresponsive and face down in a bathtub in her Georgia home. She remained comatose until July 26, when she succumbed to death in a hospice, People noted. Since the incident, Brown's family has already believed that Nick Gordon was involved. As a matter of fact, he was banned from seeing Krissy in the hospital as well as attending her funeral.
