"GTA 5" or "Grand Theft Auto V" received a cool update recently and the good news? It's for FREE.
According to Game Spot, "GTA 5" continues to grow with the latest downloadable content from Rockstar called "Lowriders." This particular "GTA Online" update is available across current-generation consoles and the PC, allowing players to use the new car customization garage, Benny's Original Motor Works and many more.
Game Spot described "Benny's" autobody shop to be specializing in car modifications for lowriders. As expected, this lets the players to slap things like hydraulics, new wheels and rims, custom gear shift levers, horns, bobbleheads, vanity plates and sound systems into their preferred cars.
As reported by IGN, the customizable vehicles includes a Vapid Chino, Albany Buccaneer, Declasse Voodoo and the Albany Primo. Furthermore, there are also two brand new vehicles that you can obtain — The Declasse Moonbeam van and the Willard Faction.
Players now also have the option to remotely open doors, trunks and hoods, start engines and even start and extinguish lights from outside of the vehicle.
In addition to the new Benny's Original Motor Works, the "Lowriders" update also adds eight new Contact Missions that centers on Lamar. For starters, Lamar is now on a mission to become the "ruler of Los Santos' lowrider scene" and needs the player to help take down rival gangs through "subterfuge, skill, and pure firepower."
There are many additions to the new "GTA 5" DLC. Apart from cars, Ammu-Nation also received new guns like the rapid fire Machine Pistol and the extreme Machete melee weapon. In addition, there are also new luxury finishes for existing weapons.
The "Lowriders" update also introduces three new Adversary Modes namely: "Keep the Pace," "Offense Defense" and "Relay." Also, the players can now buy a four properties instead of three and to mark the release of the update, Rockstar is offering a cool 25 percent discount to a new 10-car garage starting today until Oct. 25.
If you think those new features are awesome, we have some additional good news for you. As reported by Cinema Blend, the movie-making tool Rockstar Editor, now has a new Scene Creator feature. The new option now allow players to make custom settings resulting into better "GTA 5" movies.
In this new feature, you'll have access to over 200 props for these scenes and can save up to four at a time for use later.
