In the newest episode of Jaimie Alexander’s NBC drama, fans will get to discover what Operation Daylight is all about. According to Examiner, the team of FBI operatives is pursuing a criminal and is left stranded at a distant location to which they have to battle their way out. This is where guest star Lou Diamond Phillips’ ( “La Bamba,” “Young Guns” and “Longmire”) Saul Guerrero comes in as he is connected to the drug dealer who is targeted by Operation Daylight.
Marianne Jean-Baptiste’s Bethany Mayfair’s secret may also be exposed along with the opening of the Daylight case file as Agent Kurt Weller questions his boss about Guerrero’s involvement with Jane. His case file is tattooed on her body. Apparently, Lou Diamond Phillips’ character is being protected by Mayfair. TV Guide has added that Sullivan Stapleton’s Agent Kurt Weller’s tense relationship with Jaimie Alexander’s Jane Doe will be put to the test and Ashley Johnson’s Patterson disregards protocol in order to solve a tattoo puzzle.
Joining Lou Diamond Phillip as guest stars on “Blindspot” Season 1 Episode 7 are Francois Arnaud, Joe Dinicol and Dan Butler.

Meanwhile, talking about Weller and Jane, a number of fans were rooting for them to get together as it can be seen clearly that sparks flew around them but, as per NBC, in the previous episode of “Blindspot” Season 1, Jaimie Alexander’s Jane dreamt of a man with a “deep-rooted oak tree tattoo on his forearm” named Oscar who was later seen at the end of the show watching her from the shadows near her home. It was then when she decided that she’s getting comfortably close to Weller. Plus, the fact that Mayfair was pressuring them, the pair agreed to maintain a strictly professional connection.
