"Arrow" and "The Flash" will be having a crossover episode soon in preparation for the much-awaited spin-off in 2016, "The Legends of Tomorrow."
The first part will kick off on "The Flash" season 2, episode 8, while the second part will continue on"Arrow" season 4, episode 8.
Synopsis of the "Legends of Today" revealed that Vandal Savage, a character played by Casper Crump, will be arriving in Central City setting his sight on Ciara Renée's Kendra Saunders, the International Business Times reported. Following the attack, Kendra and Cisco Ramon asked help from Barry Allen.
"The Flash" then takes Kendra to Star City, and according to the synopsis from TV Guide, Barry asks Oliver Queen to hide her until they find a way to stop Vandal. Guest star Falk Hentschel's Hawkman, however, comes into the picture and flies off with Kendra.
In "Arrow" season 4, episode 8, Oliver and Barry took Kendra and Carter into a location far from Vandal. The synopsis suggested that involvement of the League of Assassin's new Ra's al Ghul, Malcom Merlin.
It stated that Thea Queen's biological father deviced a meeting between Vandal, the Green Arrow and the Flash, but it did not go exactly as planned. While Kendra and Carter are kept hidden, Team Arrow's Felicity Smoak, Thea, John Diggle and Laurel Lance will work together with Team Flash's Cisco and Caitlin Snow to create a weapon powerful enough to defeat Vandal.
The "Legends of Today" and "Legends of Yesterday" are both episodes 8 of "The Flash" and "Arrow," respectively.
"Brotherhood," which is the episode 7 of "Arrow" season 4, will be airing tonight. It will showcase a shocking revelation that Diggle's supposedly dead brother, Andy, is alive and is under Damien Darhk's control.
Many can remember that John received an evidence that his brother's illegal actions got him killed. It was also established earlier that the order came from the organization called H.I.V.E.
"We'll get some pretty shocking answers about what happened to him," executive producer Wendy Mericle told Entertainment Weekly after confirming the character's return.
"There has to be a finishing through-line to this Andy-Diggle story, which has really been [going on] since season 1, and finding out what his involvement was with H.I.V.E. really adds fuel to the fire in terms of him getting to the bottom of it," David Ramsey said.
What could that be? We'll find out in a couple of hours, but after which, Oliver and the rest of the gang will be taking a short break — it will not be airing any episodes on Nov. 25.
The next episode of "Arrow" season 4, which is the 8th, is slated for a Dec. 2 schedule, the day after the crossover episode airs in "The Flash" on The CW.
