Samsung Galaxy A 2016 was launched that features a line of smartphones with premium design, features and specs, but with a more accessible price tag.
According to its official website Samsung Newsroom, the company announced its latest Galaxy A smartphones that offer the best features, great camera and easy mobile payment technology.
The Galaxy A 2016 lineup incorporates Samsung's innovative design and technology, which gives consumers great choice when choosing their own smartphone preference.
Company CEO JK Shin said, "At Samsung, we are committed to continued innovation, inspired by the feedback and needs of our wide range of consumers," he also added that, "With the introduction of the Galaxy A (2016), we took the consumer feedback on our original Galaxy A models and made thoughtful and impactful improvements offering consumers a seamless convergence of style and performance for their everyday lifestyles."
In a related report by Engadget, the Samsung also brought Samsung Pay to the Galaxy A line phones. And although its premium flagship "S" line gets the most hype, the "A" line of smartphones is arguably the one that matters the most.
As reported, Both the A5 and A7 are the company's first non-flagship phones to support Samsung Pay, meaning you no longer need to splurge just to use a Galaxy phone in place of your credit card.
The Galaxy A lineup includes the 5.5-inch screen A7, the 5.2-inch A5 and the smaller 4.7-inch Galaxy A3. Although differing in size, all offer powerful performance.
