Rumer Willis To Find Love On ‘Bachelorette' — Are Producers Casting #DWTS Star To Boost Ratings?

Rumer Willis is being pursued to be part of the reality show "Bachelorette." ABC is making its move to get her on the program but people are asking why the network is so keen on casting the #DWTS winner.

Although some say that the producers are the one that's so interested in her, others say that it is Willis who expressed the wish to join the show first. Sources shared that the star wants to get in for experience, and perhaps to really find a boyfriend.

The producers take her interest into consideration since the popularity she gained from her stint in "Dancing with the Stars" is huge. It was speculated that they are now trying hard to include her because they see great potential for her participation to spike TV ratings.

"Her agents are looking for wide assurances and controls so Rumer isn't embarrassed by the experience, but she's at the top of the list. ABC is convinced she'll be ratings gold," iHollywood Life quote Willis as per OK! mag report.

This is actually the second time that Demi Moore's daughter was said to be participating in "The Bachelorette." In May, it was already reported that she wish to participate in the program.

"Rumer's confidence has skyrocketed from Dancing with the Stars and she really loves doing the reality show thing. She's been having her team put her name in the running for next season's Bachelorette. Not only will it be more exposure for her, but she's also excited to find love!" a source told Dish Nation back in May.

The insider further added, "Rumer wants all the attention on her. The truth of the matter is that been unlucky in her career and finding love thus far, and thinks being the Bachelorette would be exciting and open more doors for her."

Then again, the report said that if she will be in the program, she doesn't want to compete with the other women because she wants all the men to focus just on her and compete solely for her too.

At any rate, the production team thinks that the "90210" actress would be a good addition to the reality dating show. Perhaps, after bringing home the #DWTS trophy, she would be able to bring home her man next. And it would be interesting for the viewers if along the show, Val Chmerkovskiy will suddenly appear for a cameo!

The 27-year-old's latest project is the Broadway musical "Chicago." She nailed her role as Roxie Hart and her parents -- Bruce Willis and Demi Moore -- are really proud of her.

Finally, as of this time, Rumer Willis still have to confirm whether viewers will be seeing her on the next season of "The Bachelorette."
