Tom Cruise is reportedly selling his West Sussex mansion situated near the Church of Scientology's British headquarters for $10 million.
Set within 14.2 acres, the Rede Place in East Grinstead has 11,331 square living space. It has four reception rooms, cloak room, walk through wardrobe and three bedrooms with en-suite bath-shower rooms and private balconies. The master bedroom of the house was built with a separate dressing room, walk through wardrobe and a private balcony, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the garden.
The property lies at the northern edge of the exclusive Dormans Park estate and was built in 2003. It is said to have a bathtub that is good for two persons and is perched on a black marble pedestal in the master's bedroom. The house also boasts with entertainment areas, ideal for relaxation and fun. It has a tennis court, billiard room, cinema room, gym, hot tub and heated outdoor pool.
The fancy estate also has a 1,436 square feet Pavilion, ideal for a theme party or any event. It is situated in the mansion's garden, close to orchard and paddock.
Tom Cruise, who married the Dawson's Creek actress Katie Holmes in Nov 2006 in a Scientology ceremony at Odescalchi Castle in Bracciano, Italy, bought the property the same year they got married for a little over C$6 million.
Six years later, the couple announced that they were divorcing, but undisclosed the reason for the separation. Following their split, the actor listed some of his properties in the market. He sold his apartment in Manhattan's East Village for $4 million three years ago. The property measures 2,200 sq ft.
His property situated in Beverly Hills which he bought for $40 million in 2007 is believed to be available twice that sum, as per National Post.
Cruise also listed his Rocky Mountain compound in Telluride, Colorado for $82 million.
