The 21-year-old Canadian pop sensation who is known for his love of tattoos is planning on inking on his own face, HollywoodLife.com reported.
In a sit-down interview he did with GQ, the "Love Yourself" hit maker opened up about his tattoos. When asked how he feels about having them on the face, the Biebs showed his total support as long as they're done in moderation. "I think if they're done right they could be cool. Nothing super crazy all over the face," he explained.
The first-time Grammy award winner also shared that he would get a face tattoo of his own when "he's really old" within the age bracket of 40's and 50's. Despite the lack of explanation as to why he chose that age to get facial ink, Bieber has already thought of a place where he would want it - right above his eyebrow, specifying that it has to be small.
During the same interview, Bieber who explained the meaning behind some of his tattoos, also revealed that he tried to cover up his ink of ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez with a little bit of shading, but people know who it's for.
Pointing to an image of her with angel wings, the pop star said "This is my ex-girlfriend. I kinda tried to cover her face up with some shading, but people still know."
During the recent Grammys, where Bieber bagged his first ever award with Skrillex and Diplo for Best Dance Recording for their tune "Where Are U Now," Gomez made sure to congratulate her ex for his win, according to a HollywoodLife.com insider.
"Even though they didn't hang out at the show, she wanted to let him know how proud she was of him," the source said. "She knew how important winning a Grammy was for him and how it had always been a dream of his. When she saw him, she gave him a big hug and congratulated him."
