"Reign" season 3 is finally finished! The second half of the season was officially announced by Torrance Coombs who plays Bash on the midieval hit drama series. Fans look forward to the release in April.
Coombs went to Twitter using his social media handle @torrancecoombs to share the exciting ending of the season. "That's a wrap on season 3 of #Reign. Amazing way to finish off, with a Canadian-Irish hybrid crew of the loveliest people," was his online post.
His post gave the impression that the second half of "Reign" season 3 has a big plot that the viewers can look forward to. Does Bash play a big role in the second chapter of the season? It sounds like it after his tweet. His role, though always on the side, has always been crucial in helping Mary. Ever since Francis died (played by Toby Regbo), Mary (played by Adelaide Kane) has been up to her wits trying to find the fastest and strongest way to save Scotland from England - or rather Elizabeth's grasp.
Previously, it was not known if the second half of "Reign" will come back until recent news revealed that the show will come back on Apr. 24 stating that Mary will be coming back to her homeland, Scotland.
In a previous interview, Kane also shared what's next for Mary. Kane hinted that Mary needs to get back to Scotland because she doesn't have any hold on France anymore, since her beloved has passed on. The political volatile times between England and Scotland has placed France in a sensitive spot. And Mary only has a few allies.
"It's going to be a whole new world, it's gonna be new people and cast. We're going to keep the court in England, and we're going to keep the court in France as well. It's going to end up being a three pronged show... bigger and badder than ever," hinted Kane when asked about the upcoming episodes.
Fans can only wonder what Elizabeth has in store for Mary once she speeds off to Scotland.
