Recent Jaden Smith 2016 news seems to hint at a new album by the actor. The 17-year-old took to his official Twitter account to tease fans about his next project.
Earlier this month, the model tweeted about the status of his new album. It appears to be a big deal as well since he pinned it to his profile. "Finish Your Album Jaden," he wrote.
In another tweet, he shared a photo of what looked like a music studio. This led to speculations that his new album will be available soon.
Jaden Smith first released a mix tape last Oct. 1, 2012. It is entitled "The Cool Café: Cool Tape Vol. 1." It included songs such as "Pumped Up Kicks (Like Me)," "Shakespeare," "Starry Room," "The Coolest" and "Find You Somewhere," which featured his sister Willow Smith.
Its follow-up, "Cool Tape Vol. 2," was released on Nov. 18, 2014. Smith released an EP named "This is the Album" on Feb. 5, 2015.
Jaden Smith has also collaborated with Justin Bieber on his "Love Me like You Do (Remix)" as well as 2011's "Never Say Never," featured in his film with Jackie Chan "Karate Kid."
The 17-year-old actor, who is known for his stance on gender fluidity, has also retweeted posts showing support for the victims of the Orlando shooting.
"The world needs love right now," artist Harry Hudson posted. "I know most are sad and angry but this is a time where we come together for once and fight for justice now!"
WSJ reported that the deadliest shooting in the history of the United States left 50 people dead and 53 injured at a popular gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida. The Orlando shooting by Omar S. Mateen happened at the Pulse nightclub in the downtown part of the city.
"Today we're dealing with something that we never imagined and is unimaginable," Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer said. President Barack Obama deemed the Orlando shooting as an "act of terror and act of hate."
