"Dragon Ball Super" episode 48 spoilers claim that the upcoming installment may see the Z-fighters being unable to win against Black Goku. It is entitled "Hope Again!! Trunks Wakes Up in the Present!"
Yibada reported that the "Dragon Ball Super" episode 48 trailer has been released. The clip opened with Future Trunks in the time machine traveling through time. He appears to be unconscious as he arrives in the present time.
The "Dragon Ball Super" episode 48 trailer also featured glimpses of the future where Black Goku is wreaking havoc. Vegeta, Bulma, Trunks and other Z-fighters are shocked to see Future Trunks and immediately took care of him.
It was revealed that Goku and Vegeta will take on Black Goku. The battle may happen in "Dragon Ball Super" episode 48.
In another report by Yibada, the Future Trunks arc of "DBS" revealed that a new menace is threatening the world of the future. Black Goku will go on a rampage that will drive humanity to the brink of extinction.
Episode 47 marked the beginning of the Future Trunks saga. "Dragon Ball Super" episode 48 will be aired on Jun. 19, Sunday, at 9 a.m. Japan time.
Voice actor Takeshi Kusao who takes on the character of Trunk told Kanzenshuu in an interview that the Z-fighters may have a difficult time defeating Black Goku. The new villain is voiced by Masako Nozawa, who voices Goku.
"While I don't think Nozawa-san knows it yet, you can feel in your bones just how evil Black is... it's incredible," he said. "From your very first look at him, he's just bad to the bone. I'll only say one thing about the end of the new chapter's first episode, but this should say it all: it's enough to make you go 'there's no way they can win...'"
