According to GameNGuide, there were some reasons that Nuke's character could possibly be back on "Jessica Jones" Season 2. Diversion from comics, unfinished business and Trish and Will's relationship were some reasons stated on the said site.

On a previous interview with Entertainment Weekly with Melissa Ronseberg, creator of "Jessica Jones" she said that the upcoming season of Netflix TV series would be having two villains. Her reason for adding two more villains on its second season was not to add more people in the universe but to change up the formula.

"Or antagonists, plural. No one is ever going to beat David Tennant as Kilgrave, so you don't do that. The biggest mistake would be to try to repeat that. You just go, "OK, we're not doing that, so we have this open to us."

Rosenberg did not reveal yet on who would be the two villains on "Jessica Jones" Season 2, but it is highly believed that Nuke would be part of its upcoming season. Stay tuned for more updates!
