This coming Season 3 of "Tokyo Ghoul" a new villain is about to intercept Kaneki Ken and is rumored to not make it easier for the protagonist. It is possible that the new character might be a reason for a Demigod to make an appearance.
Some rumors speculated by fans that "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 will be released this coming March 2017 as reported by Game N Guide. This might just be a hunch since the producers of "Tokyo Ghoul" has not released any official announcement yet.
Some fans have been expecting the release of "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 supposedly this 2016; fans are getting impatient and losing interest because there were no further updates about the coming season. According to Saiko Plus the pre-production has not even started yet because of the lack of material.
Some information from Saiko Plus about debates of fans calling the attention of the people behind the franchise, they have been asking for the show to have a reboot this coming Season 3 as well. The last two seasons have its plot entirely based on the manga version; the show's writer stated that they will stick to the manga for this new season.
"This is perhaps the most disillusioning, psychological and darkest plot line that we will attempt to adapt," says the writer. The writer also states that they will remain as faithful as possible to the source material but they cannot guarantee that gory scenes like Touka's standardized exam test-taking will not be censored.
Fans cannot stand idly by and wait for when the release might be announced, but it is believed that the delay is probably for a good reason. We all know "Tokyo Ghoul" has one of the best plots of anime series which has attracted viewers worldwide, but we need to be as patient as we can. Who knows maybe "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 is on its way sooner than expected.
