Sacha Baron Cohen has always been famous for inducing laughter for his unconventional satiric style of doing comedy. After his hit movies "The Dictator" and "The Brothers Grimsby," the British actor is now set for another crazy film. And this time, he's taking comedy to an entire new level as he portray the luxurious life of a capitalist elite.
Brace yourselves as another crazy, fun-packed and stomach-aching comedy movie is currently being brewed for Cohen according to Deadline. As per the report, the plot will talk about the lavish lifestyle of an extremely rich person, played by Sacha Baron Cohen himself, who never hesitates spending enormous amount of money. Thus, showing a parody to the undesirable face of capitalism.
The 45-year old comedian is said to give life to a "perma-tanned billionaire businessman" who also doesn't care ripping people off his way. Fans may expect a very much likeness to his character Aladeen in "The Dictator" with of course Cohen's genius and unique touch.
The upcoming Fox Searchlight film will be directed by none other than Michael Winterbottom, who is famous for making projects that deals with analysing the lifestyle of the upper class. One of which, is his 2015 documentary "The Emperor's New Clothes" starring Russel Brand, which revolves around the inequality on the financial statuses of the corrupt bankers and the working class. Aside from such, Winterbottom is also well-experienced in directing comedy movies such as "The Trip", "The Trip to Italy" and his upcoming film "The Trip To Spain." Hence, making him the perfect person for the spot.
Aside from his remarkable roles on various comedy movies, "Borat" star Sacha Baron Cohen, who's also a writer, appeared as well in films "Alice Through the Looking Glass" as Time, "Les Miserables" as Thernadier, and "Hugo" as the Station Inspector. Though his upcoming movie still doesn't have further details such as the title, co-stars and release date, it will surely leave the elites quite upset with Cohen's brilliant portrayal, added Cinema Blend.
