What supposed to be a one-on-one match between Dean Ambrose and AJ Styles last Monday at "WWE TLC 2016", became some sort of a Triple Threat Match when James Ellsworth meddled in.
Looking at the progress of the match, the victory was more into shape with Ambrose as he throws Styles off the ring and was just one more step up the ladder to picking the title. However, Ellsworth surprisingly distracted Ambrose, tipped him off the ladder to plunge into a table outside the ring, and let Styles win the title.
Although the match was full of hype with twists and turns, most WWE fans are still outraged by the fact that Ellsworth betrayed his best buddy Dean Ambrose for unknown reason. Many believe that it was just a typical double-cross that happens frequently in WWE Universe, but some are convinced that there is a strong motivation behind it. One of the theories suggests that Ambrose's fate at the recently concluded "WWE TLC" match was caused by himself and that he quite deserves it.
In a report by IGN, it was said that Ellsworth and Ambrose's friendship is not at all true - at least for Ambrose. The source said that the bromance was all but a lie for Ambrose and that he only offered Ellsworth a false friendship - his kind of way to take advantage over Styles. In addition, Ambrose does not want Ellsworth to get a contract. Ellsworth, although not confirmed, might have found out the truth about Ambrose's "fake" friendship, thus motivating him to do what he did at the "WWE TLC 2016".
If it's true that Ambrose does not want Ellsworth to have a contract, well he might have already shuddered as Ellsworth has just signed a legitimate "WWE" contract and was given a World title shot.
If all that friendship was a really a sham, then Ambrose may deserve the betrayal. But one thing is for sure, Ellsworth is gonna take a beating from Styles and Ambrose.
Meanwhile, there was a report about a possible Triple Threat Match between Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Finn Balor. Is this possible? Check out a report from Jobs & Hire.
