The war in the Kardashian household continues, Blac Chyna continue her fight to use the Kardashian name. Things are getting hotter as Chyna's mother Tokyo Toni intervenes.
Tokyo Toni went as far as posting on Instagram her feelings about her child's problem. She considers Blac Chyna as "an ambassador to today's women"
E! News reported that she posted on her Instagram a long message saying that she supports her daughter 110 percent. She added "People need to relax it's enough shine money and TV airtime for everyone."
So far, the Kardashians has not retracted their lawsuit against Blac Chyna. The site reported that their attorneys were opposed on using the trademark "Kardashian" name.
As for Blac Chyna, her attorney Walter Mosley said that he has not heard from the Kardashians. It is unknown to him if any of the Kardashian family members has talk to Blac Chyna.
Mosley explained that they are in the litigation process of the lawsuit. It is ill-advised for him to comment at this time. He stressed that he will work aggressively and diligently to protect Blac Chyna.
This feud started when Blac Chyna, who's real name is Angela Renee White, wanted to legally change her name into Angela Renee Kardashian. She will use this name in all of her future endorsements.
Daily News reported that Walter Mosley has been bombarded with calls since Kris Jenner reportedly apologized to Blac Chyna regarding the lawsuit. Kris Jenner even said that she is on the verge of calling off her daughter's lawyers.
However, Mosley said that the Kardashian's sister attorney Dickinson Wright has not reached out to him if the issue was resolved. He even said that he is constantly talking to his client.
Jobs & Hire reported that the Kardashian sisters claimed that if Blac Chyna will destroy the reputation of the Kardashians. Despite this, the site said that Chyna has no plans on destroying the household surname because it is also her daughter's surname.
