"Teen Wolf" Season 6 Episode 5 is so far the most anticipated episode of the series. It will be aired this Dec. 13, 2016 on MTV. The absence of Dylan O'Brien as Stiles has brought undeniable sadness not only to the series but also to the fans.
During the previous episode of "Teen Wolf" Season 6, we saw how the group of Scott's (Tyler Posey) pack felt in Stiles' absence. They all think that something's missing, but Lydia (Holland Roden) is noticeably the one who greatly suffered.
In episode 4, entitled "Relics," O'Brien's character was taken by the Ghost Riders. They were the newly introduced supernatural beings in Season 6. As explained in the series, those who see them will be taken and their existence will be slowly erased.
When Stiles was taken, Lydia was the last person he was with. The latter knew what was going on, but Ghost Riders were unstoppable in taking him. After the said incident, "Teen Wolf" Season 6's beloved Banshee is bit by bit losing her memory of Stiles.
This did not only happen to Lydia, but to the whole pack. However, losing Stiles does not seem to do any good in Shelley Hennig's role as Malia. She's known for having issues with control but her relationship with Sheriff's son helped a lot to keep her in control.
Meanwhile, Lydia was trying to do her best in saving Stiles. As she tries to reminisce, we remember her saying in episode 2:
"I came to school this morning and I was sure I was supposed to meet someone. But I couldn't remember who it was supposed to be. I have been looking for them all day. Whoever it is, I think I loved him," Hollywood Life reported.
With Lydia's confession and Malia's inevitable need for Stiles, will there be a love triangle happening soon? Furthermore, we will soon find that out when Dylan O'Brien's Stiles returns on "Teen Wolf" Season 6 Episode 5 next week.
