"Enlisted" is an old world themed first person shooting game portraying World War II, and it was announced by Gaijin Entertainment. The new first person shooting game "Enlisted" will be featuring a squadron online multiplayer system, and a campaign mode that is based on real historical battles.
According to News Everyday, the Game Developer of "Enlisted" is the Darkflow Software, the Darkflow Software is a Latvian atelier and they will be running Gaijin Entertainment's Dagor Engine. The "Enlisted" game will be featuring a full scale battles for up to 100 players with incredibly detailed maps, and some destructible objects.
The Battle of Moscow and the Battle of Normandy has been the inspiration for the first two games. The campaigns are in different phases, and they are meant to reflect the historical real life battles. There are also historical real life characters and weaponries.
A report from Gamasutra indicates a statement by Alexander Nagorny, he said that "Enlisted" is an ambitious scheme, and it is unlike any other games they have created. It is a first person shooter game in accordance to the decision of their fans, and players will be having a direct input into what they will be releasing,
On the 12th of December 2016, players can start purchasing the first two campaigns either collectively or individually. They can also purchase weapon packs, and early access items for the closed beta which will start its launch on 2017. Unique collectible weapons will cost around 6.99 up to 11.99 USD, the weapon and campaign pack will be from 20 up to 25 USD depending on the rifle the buyer chooses.
The biggest pack will cost 50 USD which includes the two campaigns, three weapons and an early access to the game. Gaijin Entertainment will also reinvest all proceeds for the "Enlisted" games for its development. They also plan on developing the African campaign once "Enlisted" produced 250,000 USD in sales.
