Twists and turns - this is what "How To Get Away With Murder" Season 3 has always been, and fans are loving it. While many were left stunned and are just waiting for the second half to give them the answers, some are actually decoding the entire season which led them to find Wes' killer, probably.
Wes' Killer One of the Keating 5?
Anyone could be the killer, and several characters could be involved in the killing according to the show creator Peter Nowalk. However, many fans seem to be pointing only at one person - Connor Walsh.
Since the first season, Connor has always been bold about his disapproval of Wes. Connor always blamed Wes for all their life struggles since Sam Keating's death.
Another thing that makes Connor a valid suspect is his constant threats toward Wes. It can be recalled that on several occasions in season 3, Connor always threatened to kill Wes.
Finally, during the last episode of the mid-season when Bonnie revealed that Wes was the dead guy, everyone including Michaela, Asher, and Oliver crumpled by the news except Oliver who was just glazing and was kind of thinking about whether or not he did the right thing.
Wes' Death Was All For The Fans' Delight
Reports say that the main purpose for Wes' death is to keep up the audiences, and as per Nowalk's revelations, this seems to be true. In a report by Tripped Media, Nowalk knows just when to drop the bomb and leave every audience puzzled and, Wes' death was just all to the delight of its fans. However, putting an end to Wes' story wasn't so easy for the show creator.
In an interview, Nowalk revealed that he had a hard time choosing which of the character he had to kill in the story. In the seventh season, Nowalk finally made a decision and decided to pull off Wes. When Alfred finally knew that it was him, the actor was so professional about it and even said that it was a great idea.
For fans, however, the last episode was a mix of feelings. Some even took to Twitter their thoughts about the story.
