Your favorite Terminator is back! With "Celebrity Apprentice" on the run next year, Arnold Schwarzenegger will need a new catchphrase rather than Donald Trump’s “You’re fired.”
The upcoming "The Celebrity Apprentice" will revolve around Arnold Schwarzenegger being the boss of the boardroom and will have contestants to compete by solving other business problems and raise money for their supposed charity.
With his interview on TODAY, Schwarzenegger decided what line he could replace “You’re fired” with. The “True Lies” actor said he already has few options in mind, including “you’re terminated,” “hasta la vista, baby,” “hit the road,” “consider this a divorce,” and “get to the chopper.” Then TODAY’s Matt Lauer joked that what if the contestant tells him and looks him in the eye and says “I’ll be back” (Terminator voice.) Schwarzenegger then replies “That is a cool line.” You can watch the full video below.
Regarding Trump’s statement on Twitter that he will not, in any way, be involved with the show, according to IB Times, he will still have his executive producer credit. Schwarzenegger’s reply on the controversy was he is okay with it since Trump really did make the show with Burnett and that his credit should also remain. Schwarzenegger then states “He made it very clear that he has no interest in being involved. It is now my show, I’m the host, I’m the new boss and I’m going to run this show.”
NBC stated that alongside Schwarzenegger in the boardroom would be prominent business minds, Warren Buffett, ranked one of the most successful businessmen in the world; former Microsoft CEO and Los Angeles Clippers owner Steve Ballmer; Tyra Banks, supermodel, and CEO of the Tyra Banks Company and TYRA Beauty; actress Jessica Alba, the founder of The Honest Company and Honest Beauty; and Schwarzenegger's nephew entertainment attorney Patrick Knapp Schwarzenegger.
In addition, the celebrity lineup would be retired boxing world champion Laila Ali, CEO of ModernMom.com Brooke Burke; Pro Football Hall of Famer Eric Dickerson; Grammy award singer Boy George; “American Ninja Warrior” host Matt Iseman; actress Carrie Keagan; Emmy award winner TV star Carson Kressley; Naismith Hall of Famer Lisa Leslie; comedian Jon Lovitz; and lead vocalist of Mötley Crüe Vince Neil.
Also joining are reality TV Star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" Kyle Richards, former UFC standout Chael Sonnen, star of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" Porsha Williams, Heisman Trophy winner for the University of Texas Ricky Williams and TV host Carnie Wilson.
