The Kelly Osbourne and Lady Gaga feud seems to be on a roll even a supposed apology was presented by the singer during her guesting stint at the X-Factor, where Kelly's mom, Sharon Osbourne, is one of the judges.
As a peace offering to end their boiling misunderstanding and feud, Lady Gaga presented a cake that reads "Happy Birthday Kelly" and handed it to the Fashion Police host's mom, Sharon, during her guesting at the X-Factor. Unfortunately, Kelly did not take the gesture lightly and saw it as a sign of hypocrisy. Osbourne expressed her anger through her Twitter account, where she wrote,
"Not to be ungrateful but why would you send me a birthday cake via my MOTHER in a country half the (world) away?" on October 28.
The "Artpop" singer then posted a tweet in her defense, saying that she only knew about Kelly's birthday when she was guesting for the show. As a sign of good faith, Lady Gaga posted a photo with Sharon Osbourne holding the said cake.
"@KellyOsbourne I didn't know it was your B-day until this afternoon. Meant as a peace offering. Happy Birthday," posted the singer in her Twitter account as a reply to Osbourne.
Moments later, Kelly expressed her disgust by posting a photo of the cake in her instagram account with the caption "#EatMySh*t #Hypocrisy."
The feud between the two icons started when Kelly called the singer "butterface" in her E! show, Fashion Police, further stating that though Gaga's body might be toned, her face and everything else about her is not so pleasant.
Gaga defended herself by stating "Your work on E! with the 'Fashion Police' is rooted in criticism, judgment, and rating people's beauty against one another." With Gaga's 32 million "monsters," backing her every move, Kelly has received dozens of "death threats," with Lady Gaga's fans suggesting that the rock royalty heir should "just kill herself." Sharon singled out Lady Gaga and called her a "bully," for publicly dissing Kelly in an open letters which fans can easily read and act on.
