After two years, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are reportedly reaching a final agreement on their divorce, E! New informed.
According to E! News Online, Kutcher filed notice with the court stating that he gave Moore a "preliminary declaration of disclosure", which means they could be finalizing their divorce.
"The divorce agreement was merely awaiting the signatures of the couple," a source told People.
But according to Six Page, the couple has already signed the agreement "acceptable to both sides in regards to financial settlement" and is about to file paperwork with court to formally end their marriage.
Together, they had a combined fortune of more than $300 million and Moore was seeking at least $25 million since Moore believes Kutcher wouldn't have been able to meet powerful people he has been doing business with and become the best-paid television actor with his role in Two and a Half Men.
Moore had sought spousal support from Kutcher; nevertheless, TMZ reported she wouldn't receive any in the settlement.
