They say angels are found in the heavens. Well, they're wrong. Not unless Behati Prinsloo is in town.
Behati Prinsloo has been on the entertainment radar after being engaged with The Voice judge and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.
Adam Levine fiancée Behati Prinsloo, 24, recently opened up about her engagement and said she wants to keep things private.
In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, she said she plans to split her time between New York and Los Angeles after their marriage. Levine, the LA Times said, lives in Los Angeles.
"I'm going to continue going back and forth. I work mostly in New York [City] and when I have time off I come here [to Los Angeles] -- I love it!" she told the LA Times
"It depends on the season and the schedule but it's usually about half and half. All of my work is based out of New York but I'm here for work now so that's good!," she told the LA Times.
She also revealed that her social media followers, who are fans of Levine, "aren't too fond of her, to put it lightly."
"It wasn't like: 'Ohhh, we're following you because we love your pictures,' It was like: 'You suck!'(laughs). Actually I love Instagram -- I don't actually go on Twitter and tweet, I just connect it through my Instagram account," she told the LA Times. "I think it's a good way of getting stuff out there and connecting with people."
But still, we don't care. If you're with a model like Behati, you sure are going to get either envied or praised.
Prinsloo was born in Grootfontein, South-West Africa (now Namibia). Her father is a minister, while her mother runs a bed and breakfast. She was educated in English although she grew up speaking Afrikaans.
She was discovered at the age of 16 in Cape Town, South Africa.
