Pete Carroll's girlfriend is the hot topic on sports news lately following Charlie Weis' scandalous statements about the Seattle Seahawks head coach's alleged scandal. However, nobody seems to have solid evidence against the 62-year-old's affair.
Nevertheless, the scandal has not been shunned away and slammed easily as photos of Pete Carroll's girlfriend surfaced. And yes! She is said to be a college grad like what Weis said earlier.
It can be noted that in an interview with Rivals.com, Weiss was asked to compare how the media portrayed him in contrast to Carroll's publicity. The head football coach at the University of Kansas shocked many when he answered the question as though implying that Carroll's affair with a college grad has not been publicized.
"Let me ask you this: You guys know about things that go on in different places. Was I living with a grad student in Malibu, or was I living with my wife in my house? You could bet that if I were living with a grad student here in South Bend, it would be national news," he said. "[Carroll] doing it in Malibu and it's not national news. What's the difference? I don't understand. Why is it okay for one guy to do things like that, but for me, I'm scrutinized when I swear. I'm sorry for swearing; absolve my sins."
Now, the issue was put under media microscope since Pete Carroll is actually a married man with three kids.
Despite the allegations given by Weis, Carroll denied the scandal strongly by saying, "It's untrue, it's irresponsible, and it's incredible he'd be talking about me like that," according to The Los Angeles Times.
However, Weis gushed that he was being "totally subjective" when he said those bold statements to several reporters during a formal interview.
Furthermore, Weis said that he simply meant that "IF" Pete Carroll were secretly dating a college graduate, he would be greatly scrutinized given his success. Weis even recognized that scandalous rumors have adversely affected lives of coaches and their families in the past.
Although Weis is now denying the issue, still many claim that this could possibly be true despite the lack of previous evidence on Pete Carroll's infidelity to his wife. Above are the photos of Pete Carroll's alleged girflriend, but no one has confirmed the name of the woman in the photos as of late.
