One of the shoes that are slated to hit shelves this month is the newest colorway of the signature shoe of Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant.
Sneakernews reported that Nike will release the KD VI "DC" edition on Thursday, February 6, for $130 per pair.
As the name itself suggest, this edition of the sixth signature shoe of Durant with Nike pays homage to the hometown of the All-Star forward, while also serving as another USA Team-inspired edition of the shoe.
This excellent-looking sneaker sports bright crimson upper part that was excellently blended with Navy Blue accents in several areas of the shoe along with a Khaki midsole. The stars symbolizing Durant's affiliation with USA Basketball appears on the "KD" logo on the heel of the sneaker.
Aside from the highly-talked about new colorway of the KD VI, another signature shoe of Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant is also expected to make a lot of noise.
The Nike Zoom Kobe Venomenon 4 will hit shelves on Wednesday, February 5, in an excellent-looking gym red/bright citron-light crimson colorway, which is dubbed as the "Year of the Horse" edition of the signature sneaker.
The Kobe Venomenon 4 XDR "YOTH" sports a red-based upper part combined with citron and black hints finished off with a white outsole. The popular logo of the "Black Mamba" appears on the tongue, while the YOTH logo can be seen on the back heel.
This shoe, which was made available in the US for the first time in December, will be available for just $120 per pair in selected Nike retailers worldwide.
Meanwhile, two more highly-anticipated sneakers are scheduled to hit shelves. It may not be as popular as the KD VI and Kobe Venomenon 4, but the Nike Flyknit Lunar2 are considered as a must-buy this month.
The Nike Flyknit Lunar2 will debut in volt/white-blue glow and atomic orange/white-court purple colorways. The second one is listed as the WMNS edition of this lop-top sneaker.
Both editions will hit the market on February 6 and will retail at $150 per pair.
