Ariana Grande is really doing her best to fix her public image after the donut-licking incident at Wolfee Donuts in Lake Elsinore, California.
TIME reported that the owners are not going to press any charges against Ariana Grande. The incident happened about a week and half ago and it was caught on video. The video revealed Ariana kissing her boyfriend, which is fine, but then she started licking and even spitting on the donuts that were left on the counter. It is believed that those donuts were later sold to innocent customers because the staffs were not aware of Grande's actions at the time.
According to CNN, authorities are working together to investigate the incident. The Lake Elsinore Police Department and Riverside County Department of Environmental Health are trying to find out if the donuts were indeed contaminated.
Aware that what she did offended a lot of people, Ariana apologized for her bad behavior. The singer said that after she saw how she behaved on the video, she felt disgusted with herself. The popstar said that her apology is not an attempt to "justify her behavior" and that she really wants to apologize.

Ariana also added that she's proud to be an American and even praised past achievements of the U.S. It is probably good to know that Ariana is ready to take full responsibility for her actions upon realizing the repercussion of the choices she's made.
Hollywood Life has learned that sources close to Ariana said that the singer wants the whole incident to be a thing of the past now since she badly wants to move on. Ariana is so stressed out by the situation that it is said to be putting a strain on her personal relationships. Rumored boyfriend Ricky, one of her back-up dancers, has been her rock that's helping her get through this situation. She's really hoping that the whole issue will "blow over" soon.
