Sharon Stone is indeed a daredevil as she ditched her clothes for a very risqué cover photo shoot. The 57-year-old "Basic Instinct" actress bared it all for Harper's Bazaar September issue. To reclaim her sex symbol title, going nude in a series of black and white photos is definitely a tasteful way to prove her oozing appeal.

Stone did not just reveal her remarkable physique but also her soul. The model-turned-actress is also reclaiming her life and career as she showed how far she has come since her medical crisis in 2001. During the interview, the "Sliver" star candidly talked about her love life, revealing her struggles in dating men.

"I've been getting more brazen with flirting, but I don't think men realize I'm flirting," Stone revealed. "They just think, Oh, she's fun!' I never get asked out!"

Since no one asked her out, she turned to ask her longtime assistant if people think she's gay.

"Do people even realize I'm straight? I think they have questions about it because I have so many lesbian friends right now."

With her abrasive honesty, Sharon Stone also addressed the way she views her body and her nude photo-shoot.

"I'm aware that my ass looks like a bag of flapjacks," she joked, as E! News noted. "But I'm not trying to be the best-looking broad in the world. At a certain point you start asking yourself, 'What really is sexy?' It's not just the elevation of your boobs. It's being present and having fun and liking yourself enough to like the person that's with you. If I believed that sexy was trying to be who I was when I did Basic Instinct, then we'd all be having a hard day today."

Sharon also went into detail how a terrible cerebral hemorrhage in 2001 has affected her life and career. The medical crisis did not just give free reign for blunt talk, it also somewhat became the reason why her marriage fell apart and losing the custody of her adoptive son Roan.

Even though Stone walked away from the hospital not able to read, the "Casino" actress admitted it was her wake up call. And while it hasn't been easy, nothing will deter her from staging an epic comeback.

"It almost feels like my entire DNA changed," Stone confessed, USA Today quoted. "My brain isn't sitting where it used to, my body type changed, and even my food allergies are different. I became more emotionally intelligent. I chose to work very hard to open up other parts of my mind. Now I'm stronger. And I can be abrasively direct. That scares people, but I think that's not my problem. It's like, I have brain damage; you'll just have to deal with it."

Meanwhile, Sharon Stone looks incredibly healthy now. And along with her positive body image, People reported that she also opened up about why she prefers filler over plastic surgery for her ageless features. Daily Mail revealed she credits it to the dermal filler Restylane, which she started using after suffering face damage from a stroke in 2001.

"It's so common now for people to use fillers, it's almost like a beauty treatment," she shared. "It's like you have mascara and a filler. And it's a far better alternative than having your face cut apart and ending up looking like you got sucked into a wind tunnel."

With Sharon Stone's flawless naked figure, it seems that she won't worry about not dating someone anymore because a lot of callers will surely ring Harper's Bazaar to ask her out.
