The 2016 U.S. Presidential Election maybe over in real life but it is not over in "Scandal" Season 6. Mellie Grant may experience a Hilary Clinton like defeat.
The U.S. Presidential Election is not over in the series. The next season will showcase the presidential election between Mellie Grant and Frankie Vargas.
CSN reported that the network released a trailer for Season 6 which indicated what fans should look our for. They even warned the fans to buckle up because they are in for a joy ride.
There are speculations that Grant will probably suffer the same fate as Hillary Clinton. Mellie Grant, former first lady of the United States in the series, is the equivalent of Hillary Clinton, the news site explained.
Clinton and Grant are strong-willed and brilliant stateswomen who have experience and knowledge in politics. They were also eyeing to be the first female United States president.
The site also stressed that the cast and crew of "Scandal" Season 6 noticed the similarities of Grant to Clinton. Therefore, Grant may suffer the same fate as Clinton in the new season.
According to News Everyday, there is also the possibility that Millie might dropped out of the Presidential Election. The election might be taking a toll on her.
Pres. Fitzgerald "Fitz" Grant is also worried about the infamous crisis manager Olivia Pope. The former first lady seemed to be not happy with her crisis manager, the last time fans watched they were yelling at each other.
Aside from this, fans should watch out for the reason for the blown-up building in front of Huck and Quinn. This mind boggling question will soon be answered.
In a previous report from Jobs & Hire, they explained that Pres. Fitz is continuing his relationship with Pope to get a hold of her. He even once surprised her with a house that is meant for the both of them. "Scandal" Season 6 will return on January 19, 2017.
