Football News and Update: Luis Enriquez Does Not Predict Lionel Messi’s Future In Barcelona

In a press conference ahead of its match against Osasuna, Luis Enriquez doesn't want to predict whether Lionel Messi will still play for the team. The Barcelona honcho addresses the issue after speculation of Messi's possible stay with the Spanish team after the Argentine's father has arrived earlier this week.
Rumour has it that Messi's father is in the country to open possible talks about his son's future in the club. Meanwhile, Enriquez is optimistic that their recent victory over Borussia Monchenglabach will give his team drive to defeat Osasuna this Saturday (December 10). Yahoo Sports reported that Neymar cannot play in the said game because he is under suspension.
It can be recalled that Javier Mascherano, Neymar and and Sergio Basquets have all signed deals with Barcelon. Josep Maria Bcartmeu is expected to do the same before Christmas. Enrique hopes that Messi will do the same after the negotiation with footballer's father/manager.
"Of course [I like the news]. The day on which [Messi will re-sign deal] announced will be a great day for everyone to celebrate. He would join a list of players that have renewed and want to stay at Barca and form part of the Barca family," Enrique said. However when pressed of the certainty, he said: "No, I don't dare."
In a report, there is a rumour circulating that more teams are keen to inking Messi. 90min.com named Manchester United and Manchester City as both interested in adopting one of the best player of all time.
In a report by Job & Hire, Messi's extraordinary ability is praised not by his fans and coaches but also by his co-players. One story reads that former Arsenal forward Thierry Henry believes that Messi is a better player than Cristiano Ronaldo. In that article, he described Messi as a player "who has everything".
