A six-foot alligator tried to walk into a Wal-Mart store in Florida at midnight Sunday.
According to employees, the animal was spotted at the store's front door wandering around and it likely came out from a nearby wooded area.
"It was just... it was neat. But I am glad they locked the doors for safety because I do have my child with me," shopper Robbin Watkins said.
"The gator stopped in the entryway causing the automatic doors to open and close until employees locked them," witness told CBS News. "Afterwards, police officers tried to lure the gator away but it took off toward the nearby woods."
Authorities tried to find the gator swiping the area but they couldn't find it.
