Jamie Lynn Spears could be pregnant. That's what several rumor and gossip sites are talking about right now referencing to the rather rushed wedding of the aspiring country singer after being engaged to her now-hubby James Watson for only a year.

According to Us Magazine, Jamie Lynn Spears was engaged to fiancé James Watson for nearly a year when they decided to obtain their wedding license from Tangipahoa Parish Clerk of Court in Louisiana last March 5.

Following which, the former "Zoey 101" star revealed that they were to wed on March 14, and they did.

Prior to the wedding, Britney Spears' sister was more than excited to share her official engagement to her then-boyfriend on her Twitter account.

"Guessssss what??????" the 22-year-old tweeted that time alongside a photo of a diamond ring. A few minutes after, she added, "He did good."

However, a couple of critics are now questioning why Jamie Lynn Spears seemed to have rushed her wedding with Watson. Most of them claim that Jamie Lynn may have been expecting a hot bun in the oven that's why the couple decided to marry right away.

It can be noted that Jamie Lynn fell pregnant with her now six-year-old daughter Maddie when she was still 16 and was starring on the hit show "Zoey 101."

She ended her relationship with the father of her daughter, Casey Aldrige, four years ago and started to date James Watson a year after the break-up.

Because of the said rumors, Jamie Lynn Spears explained to the press that she is not at all pregnant and if anything, she and hubby Watson are not planning to sire a baby anytime soon, Daily Mail reported.

Meanwhile, Britney Spears was more than pleased for her sister's wedding, and expressed her happiness on Twitter saying: "So excited and happy for my sister! congrats @jamielynn spears - love you."
