In light of all things that are happening to Naya Rivera; breaking off her engagement, the buzz surrounding her sudden weight loss, and possible plastic surgery rumors started circulating about Naya Rivera leaving Fox's hit comedy musical Glee where she first became a household name portraying Santana Lopez after an alleged run in with co-star Lea Michelle resulting on her being fired on the spot, it has been confirmed by Fox representatives that Naya Rivera is not fired-NOT FIRED.
Fans and viewers alike were worried about the stability of the show-if another one of their major, favorite characters left. The multi-award winning show has done through major setbacks as of late-the drop in viewership, the loss of one of their beloved stars and characters Cory Monteith's Finn Hudson. From what's being said by the rumor mill, It seems that both actresses have been cold towards each other and have been feuding for a while now with Naya always having been jealous of Lea Michelle's status as the "star" or the lead of the show. And maybe with all the pressure the negative news bearing down on her she finally lost it.
It has been said that the feud started when Naya went to the Producers complaining about Michelle's diva behavior saying that the rest of the cast were tired of putting up with her.
Though some close sources have stated that Lea Michelle and Naya there was no existing problem between the two ladies and that Naya had left the set instead of Lea who reportedly left when she heard that Naya had spoken to the producers.
An EntertainmentWise source said that Lea wasn't even part of the reported disagreement as she had left early for a scheduled live Twitter chat.
Both girls have kept mum about the incident-till after the rumor blew up all over the internet-her reps released this statement. "Any reports or rumors circulating that Naya Rivera was let go or fired from Glee are absolutely untrue. End of story."
