The battle continues for the world's leading manufacturers, Samsung and Apple, as they plan to release Galaxy Note 5 and iPhone 6S Plus, respectively. But before they do, let's check out first their specs, features, and forecasted prices.
Let's start with the features.
The new iPhone 6S Plus features Force Touch, which initially appeared on Apple Watch. With Force Touch, light tap can be distinguished from deep press.
The Galaxy Note 5, Sprint version, is going to have an auto-eject stylus believed to have a clickable top.
Apple's iPhone will have a metal edge and curved glass back design, while Samsung's Note will have anodised aluminum back and a curved glass display, Trusted Reviewers reported.

iPhone 6S Plus will have a 5.5-inch 1920x1080 Retina HD display. Meanwhile, Galaxy Note 5 will carry either 2K or 4K Super AMOLED display, with 1,440x2560 QHD resolution on a 5.7 inch flat screen, according to International Business Times.

Under the hood, Apple's iPhone 6S Plus will have a powerful A9 processor and a M9 motion coprocessor, a faster LTE-modem that can support Qualcomm MDM9635M LTE Cat.6, NFC-chip NXP 66VP2. It will also have a 2GB RAM configuration.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will sport the 9x35 Gobi modem from Qualcomm, an octa-core Exynos 7422 chip, which is the company's first ever all-in-one solution — it will combine the CPU, GPU, RAM, storage and modem one a single chip. As for the RAM, it will carry 4GB.
Specs: Operating System and Camera
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will be loaded with 5.1.1 Android Lollipop. However, there is a possibility that it can be upgraded to Android M, the latest operating system for Android, while iPhone 6S Plus will carry the latest version of its operating system, the iOS9.
Note 5 is rumored to have a 16 megapixel rear with a 5 megapixel front camera. iPhone 6S Plus is reportedly going to upgrade its camera to 12 megapixel with 4K video recording.
Both devices are slated to be released in September. However, Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will reportedly have a big day on Aug. 13.
There has not been official statements from Samsung about it yet, so mobile shoppers will need to wait two more weeks.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will cost around $572, at least that's what Venture Capital Post has learned, and price on the iPhone 6 Plus remains unknown. Samsung remains silent about the costing and so is Apple for its iPhone 6S Plus.
