"Arrow" season four, episode one will premiere soon, and CW continues to hype avid fans by releasing yet again new teaser clips.
The "Arrow" season four promo video, "Aim Higher," made its appearance at the end of the season finale of "Vixen," according to the ComicBook.com.
This new sneak peek shows Oliver Queen, played by Stephen Amell and Felicity Smoak, played by Emily Bett Rickards, heading toward the newly named Star City after Willa Holland's Thea Queen, a.k.a. Speedy, and Katie Cassidy's Laurel Lance, a.k.a Black Canary, asked for his help.
David Ramsey's Diggle can also be seen in the promo video with his Magneto-like helmet. There are a few shots showing Speedy and Black Canary, followed by explosions here and gun shots there, then finally Oliver declaring what his intentions are for Star City.
"This City should never descend into hopelessness. I am declaring my intention to fight for this City," he said before the "Arrow" season four teaser clip ended.
It seems that the assertion of his intentions was not enough for the former vigilante. In a separate video, which promoted "Heroes Reborn," "Supergirl," "The Flash" and "Arrow" on Jack TV, the Movie Pilot caught Oliver's "I had to become the Green Arrow" declaration.

Meanwhile, the women of "Arrow" will return following life-changing events in season three, as per the Den of Geek. Watch Nyssa, Felicity, Thea, Laurel, and Tatsu kick some villain asses in the clip below.
"Arrow" is now labelled as "Green Arrow" in the TVGuide. Episode one of the season four will begin with assassins, led by Damien Darhk, waging war against Star City.
The vigilante, now known as the Green Arrow, had to return after his and Felicity's idyllic getaway to defend the city. Other than looking for ways to defeat his enemies, Oliver will also need to find a way to bring back Diggle's lost trust.
"Arrow" season four will premiere on Oct. 7.
