’Mob Wives’ Finale: Big Ang Leaves Husband Neil Murphy In Last Episode But Still Loves Him Before Death

Big Ang, the well-loved "Mob Wives" star, recently passed away after battling cancer. In the season finale, Big Ang was shown leaving her husband.

People reported that she has not stopped fighting the disease until the very end. "I *** hate cancer. They say it kicks the *** out of you... But I don't know if I could. This might be a rough one," says Big Ang.

Show creator Jennifer Graziano claimed that it was hard to watch the cuts after Raiola passed and explained that the reality star radiated positivity on set despite her illness. "Every time I watch the cuts, it's heartbreaking. Especially this coming episode is very heartbreaking. I don't think there's going to be a dry eye in the house," she told People.

Despite her state, Big Ang carried on with her personal life and left her husband, Neil Murphy, during the "Mob Wives" current season. "I got rid of everything unnecessary in my life," Raiola said in an exclusive clip from People. Her cutting him from her life stemmed from the decision that she was not allowed to have any stress factors as advised by her doctors.

Though that happened, Neil Murphy still stayed by her side towards the end of the line in the hospital. He was there during her final hours and went public in confessing his love for her after her passing.

Graziano explained that even though they were separated, it is noticable that Big Ang loved him and vice versa. "I've seen it, I've been there. He was by her side for everything. It's kind of unfortunate that we captured that one doctor's visit where he was working and didn't go, because he was there for every other one of them," Graziano said.

Relive one of the biggest episodes of "Mob Wives" when Big Ang found out she has lung cancer.
