With literally a few days away from the official release date of the latest version of Pokémon from Gamefreak, "Pokémon Sun and Moon" leaks have been constantly plaguing the internet with various leaks and hints which ultimately spoil the surprises of the game.
According to an article published by Gamespot, version-exclusive "Pokémon" from the latest upcoming game have been confirmed. Version-exclusive "Pokémon" are staples of any Pokémon games, as the game usually splits itself to two versions per generation's release, with a few varieties on the "Pokémon" that can be found in each version as well as a couple of alterations on the story and the environment.
For "Pokémon Sun," players can expect to exclusively find Passimian, the fighting-type while the opposite Oranguru in "Pokémon Moon." Since its reveal, both Passimian and Oranguru have been seen as the contrast of each other, with Passimian being a fighting-type and Oranguru being a normal and psychic type, which are super effective against each other according to the typing rules of the "Pokémon" game. Not to mention that both "Pokémon" are primate-themed.
P"okémon Sun" are also exclusively getting Turtonator as an exclusive fire-type, the ultra beast UB 02 Absorption, the midday form of Lycanroc, the Alolan versions of Vulpix and Ninetales, as well as Solgaleo as its legendary. "Pokémon Moon" on the other hand will be getting an exclusive dragon-type in the form of Drampa, the ultra beast UB-02 Beauty, the midnight form of Lycanroc, the Alolan versions of Sandshrew and Sandslash, and Lunala as the legendary.
On other news, Polygon mentioned that there is a built "Pokémon" Team Planner to assist gamers in drafting their 6 "Pokémon" team for the upcoming "Pokémon Sun and Moon." The "Pokémon" Team Planner will feature all available "Pokémon" so players won't miss out on a potentially forgotten game-changer when building their "Pokémon" team, especially for competitive "Pokémon" battles.
