Square Enix has been silent about the much-awaited "Kingdom Hearts 3" game. Apparently, the game developer has yet to provide any details about KH3 and it seems that is causing the hype for the game to die out.
"Kingdom Hearts 3" is definitely one of the most awaited games of 2017 despite Square Enix's lack of sharing when it comes to the game's details. The delay in its release is reported to cause fans to lose interest and their disappointment to deepen. The chagrin of fans worsened when Disney and Square Enix did not reveal any information about "Kingdom Hearts 3" during the E3 2016 event. Instead, the two companies opted to confirm "Kingdom Hearts 2.8" Final Chapter Prologue which is slated for an international release on January 12, 2017.
According to Game N Guide, the hype surrounding "Kingdom Hearts 3" has initially been high, despite the lack of information about the game. If anything else, the last official news fans heart about KH3 was from the game's trailer, notifying fans that it was "currently in development." Despite fans being disappointed about Square Enix's silence, reports prove that the game is still very popular.
The fact is, "Kingdom Hearts 3" has its popularity even rising as its rank apparently improved as per Famitsu's latest "Top 20 Most Wanted Games in Japan" as reported by Mobile & Apps KH3 ranks 7th on the list, besting "Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of Wind" and "Resident Evil 7." While the top five most wanted games in Japan were "Final Fantasy XV," "Pokemon Sun And Moon," "(PS4)Dragon Quest XI," "(3DS) Dragon Quest XI," "Final Fantasy VII Remake," and "Yakuza 6" respectively.
"Final Fantasy XV" obviously nabbed the rank one title since its release date is just around the corner after several delays for that matter. "Kingdom Hearts 3" is apparently doing better now, despite not making it to the top five of Famitsu's list. Square Enix and Disney has yet to release any information about KH3 and yet they manage to do better than other popular titles such as "Zelda" and "Resident Evil."
