Chris Avellone, a video game developer from Interplay Entertainment and Obsidian Entertainment, has a lot of good things to say for Bethesda Game Studios following the successful reception of "Fallout 4." Bethesda aims to take it to a whole new level by launching the enhanced game via VR platform.
Being the fifth major installment of the franchise, Chris Avellone was no longer part of the development as Bethesda earn full ownership of the franchise. He once directed "Fallout 2" and "Fallout: New Vegas" when the license was owned by Interplay and Obsidian respectively.
According to an article elaborated by IDigital Times, the ex-developer believed that Bethesda has 'meticulously' strategized their public relations and marketing promotions. Pete Hines, the vice president of Bethesda Studios, is being credited for his work as a diligent PR spokesperson who knows how to handle carefully considered statements to the press.
Curiously, 7 out of 10 publications have generously scored "Fallout 4" a notable 9/10 review rating since its release on November 10, 2015. However, the developers will not only settle with their past accomplishments. There are speculations that "Fallout 4" is undergoing its enhanced version to get a green light on publishing via VR platform.
An article published by Game N Guide underscores the careful planning of the transition from conventional PC and console to full VR simulation. As stated by Bethesda Studios president, Howard Todd, they aim to incorporate all features of the enhanced "Fallout 4" into VR instead of fast-pacing it and produce something half-baked.
With the success of "Fallout 4," some fans could not help but create their own comical video take on it. Similar to the "80 Ways to Kill Jindosh" montage for "Dishonored 2" that was featured in Jobs & Hire, the Youtube username "manslay3r" uploaded a 5-minute movie highlighting the 100 ways a main character could die in "Fallout 4."
