The "Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic" film will be having two new cast members. It was revealed on Kadokawa's Monthly Newtype magazine January 2017 issue, the "Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic" film will start premiering on January 21, 2017.
According to Anime News Network, the new cast members are Seiichirō Yamashita as Edward Midford, and Kaito Ishikawa as Rian Stoker. The returning casts are Daisuke Ono as Sebastian Michaelis, Maaya Sakamoto as Ciel Phantomhive, Yukari Tamura as Elizabeth Midford, Junichi Suwabe as Grelle Sutcliff, Kenn as Ronald Knox, Hiroki Touchi as Baldroy, Yuuki Kaji as Finnian, Emiri Katō as Mey-Rin, Ryohei Kimura as Charles Grey, Tomoaki Maeno as Charles Phipps, and Tatsuhisa Suzuki as Viscount of Druitt.
The upcoming film of "Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic" adapts the "Gōka Kyakusen's" arc, which has appeared on the 11th through 14th volumes of the "Black Butler" manga written and illustrated by Yana Toboso. The story is set on Campania a luxury liner, and it focuses on revealing the secrets in resurrecting the dead.
The famous anime director Noriyuki Abe will be directing the film at A-1 Pictures, the script will written by voice actor Hiroyuki Yoshino. Minako Shiba will be the one designing the characters, and stands as chief animation director. Yasunori Mitsuda is in charge of composing the music for "Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic".
The mentioned names are the staff from an earlier "Book of Cirus" and "Book of Murder" anime. Minako Shabi and A-1 Pictures have been involved in the previous franchise of the first "Black Butler" anime series, as for the films theme song "Glass Eye" it will be performed by the band SID.
